Brian Endsley is a Senior Vice President with Andrew Ingram Commercial Real Estate, working alongside Andrew on commercial sales, leasing, and investment assignments across Anchorage and Southcentral Alaska. He is licensed with Jack White Commercial.
Brian plays a key role in negotiating transactions, securing leases, and advising clients on investment strategy. He works closely with landlords, investors, and business owners, helping them structure leases and position their portfolios for long-term performance.
His work is grounded in market research and valuation: tracking market trends, property values, and investment opportunities so clients can make decisions based on current conditions rather than assumptions.
Brian holds an MBA from the University of Alaska Anchorage and brings a strong analytical mindset and marketing expertise to every assignment.
