Andrew Ingram

Andrew Ingram leads Andrew Ingram Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate team licensed under Jack White Commercial in Anchorage. For more than 20 years he has represented owners, investors, developers, and tenants across Anchorage, the Mat-Su Valley, and statewide.

His practice centers on retail brokerage and investment sales, and extends to office and industrial leasing, owner-user acquisitions, site selection, and development consulting. His work has helped bring national retailers including Target, Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's, and Wendy's to Alaska.

Long-standing relationships with developers, landlords, and tenants across the state give his clients access to opportunities that do not always reach the open market, along with a clear read on how Alaska's submarkets are actually moving.

Before commercial real estate, Andrew worked in construction, and he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage. That mix of financial analysis and hands-on building knowledge shapes how he evaluates properties, underwrites investments, and advises clients on development. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Alongside brokerage, Andrew and his team provide property management for owners across Southcentral Alaska, keeping buildings leased, maintained, and performing.
