Overview

Fireweed Roadhouse operates as a year-round lodging & B&B business, located at MP 288.5 on the George Parks Highway, approximately 50 miles north of Denali Park and 65 miles south of Fairbanks. The Roadhouse building features owner-occupied space, a restaurant area, and 12 rentable rooms. Lodge provides lodging and meals for construction crews, military personnel from nearby Clear Space Force Station and tourists looking for the Alaskan Adventure. The restaurant is not open to the general public, but is utilized for preparing meals for overnight guests. The building has been approved for a package liquor license and has a fuel tank on site that could be used to sell gas. There is also a full basement with a shop and another room and bathroom. Laundry is upstairs where the majority of rooms are.
